After my frenzied baking for Wes on Saturday night and Sunday morning, I decided to go relatively low-key for this week's TND and essentially made a Southwestern-style lasagna. Seriously,
tortillas, black and refried beans, peppers and onions, cheese, and more cheese, what's not to like?! For a little extra entertainment, I put my newly-acquired Vegas crown into play and gave everyone L.A. keychains. 
Stay tuned for even more action next week. We'll be celebrating Ben's 28th birthday with Swedish meatballs, coconut-lime cake, and plenty of refreshments ( :
