
Many apologies for my blogging negligence. It seems that between grad school, work, and trying to solve the Rubik's cube that is my foot, I have not posted in a very very long time. I cannot atone for all of my blogging sins, but I can give you a peek into my recent foodie adventures.

This week, I also threw the first TND of the year. I'd been hankering to roast up a chicken. And when I roast up a chicken, I like to do it right. So, I
made the "ultimate roast chicken" surrounded by mushrooms and covered in bacon. That's right, BACON!!! I also candied some pecans and fixed up some elegant gorgonzola pear crostini (Sandra Lee's recipe..who knew?!
